We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished. We found our room impressively spacious. The staff were friendly, cheerful and courteous. A warm and expansive breakfast choice was available daily to guests. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend staying.
Lisa at the front desk inspired us to write this review. She is knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. Great hotel, clean rooms, very spacious, 10 foot ceilings, soft carpet, perfect for toddlers, clean bathrooms. Hot breakfast on weekends is worth it for th family. We will be using this hotel next time we come back to Gilbert for business.
Minor issues like the remote and TV not working, the room not being thoroughly cleaned (there was a wrapper on the window), and the tub water being BOILING hot. The rooms are spacious, the beds can be moved (this was perfect bc I had a baby with me), and the breakfast was great. Overall, great service, good location, safe and comfortable.
This Best Western was nice and very accommodating. I was in a bad situation where my kids and I needed to leave a place of alcoholics. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and compassionate. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal and the guy making breakfast was very professional and clean. Thank you for getting my kids and I in last min. I am truly grateful for the kindness. This place was affordable and clean.
I and my son had a very nice stay here. The staff was great The nice shuttle guy named Jody was super friendly and picked us up very quickly from the airport on the free shuttle. And if our luggage had been heavy he has plenty of muscles to handle heavy luggage--no problem! Lovely RayAnne at the front desk was super nice and helpful and the breakfast crew were lovely and pleasant also. Room and rest of the place was great. And one of the best parts was the nice super hot hot tub--felt so nice on my back after a long flight. I think it is annoying when places have a hot tub--but it's not very hot. This one felt wonderful. The warm breakfast was included at no charge and it was very yummy--loved that they had hot sauce and lots of cheese for my scrambled eggs. They even have a nice little sink in the corner so you can wash your hands right there--nice touch. Thank you for the great customer service--very nice visit.
The room was pretty clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient to go shopping and restaurants and close to the mesa Airport. I would have given them a 5 star, but the shower was broken, and we couldn't take a shower. There was a very big tub to take a bath. If you stay on the weekend, they have warm breakfast, with waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, instant oatmeal, 3 different cereals, bagle, toast, coffee, orange & apple juice. Also, staff was attentive to cleaning tables and counter where the food is.
Obviously not a five star hotel but I give it five stars because for what it is it's excellent. There aren't many hotels in the Queen Creek area. I found one for over 150 a night but this was 100 a night it's near the Mesa airport so I thought it might be a little worn and tired. I only give it four stars for location because it was 13 mi from my friend's house, but turn off the water I was pleasantly surprised by a very impressive entrance which was welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the entire hotel very clean. Bathrooms are very clean the room was spacious with clean drapes and a beautiful bed which was comfortable in the air conditioning work which was great since it was 120° outside. The included breakfast is just an extra plus. So two nights with two breakfasts for two people for $200 is not bad.
We spent the night at the Legacy and chose it in particular for the airport shuttle. They did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and their customer service was awesome. When I flew back in, they called a Lyft to pick me up, and it was paid for by the hotel. Thank you!!! Diane was super helpful and friendly at the front desk. She arranged the Lyft within seconds of me calling. The room was very spacious and quiet. I didn’t hear anything from outside the hotel, or from the hallway. The bathtub was huge!
